Below are our workshop options for you to choose from.

  • Dried Wreath Workshop - £85pp for minimum 4 people

Learn how to create a lovely wreath with dried floral materials.  By using dried flowers and foliages this wreath will decorate your home for quite some time.  You'll have a wide choice of materials to choose from and will go home with a truly unique decoration for your door.

Workshop will last approximately three hours.  All materials and refreshments are included.

  • Wedding Flower Workshop - £150pp for minimum two people

After the success of my Spring Wedding Flower Workshop I have decided to bring it back for another round of eager DIY brides or flower enthusiasts.  I will teach you how to create simple designs in my signature natural style without the use of floral foam and, the best part of all, your creations will be yours to take home.

During this fun and informal workshop you'll learn how to create:

- a bridal bouquet;

- a buttonhole; and

- a table centre.

Workshop will last approximately three and a half hours.  All materials and refreshments are included.

  • Christmas Wreath Workshop - £60pp Also available as a private group-minimum 4 people.

Join my most popular workshop of the year which was completely sold out last year.  Each year I enjoy kicking off the Christmas season with teaching my lovely clients how to use gorgeous fresh materials to create Christmas wreaths to decorate your front doors and welcome your guests.  This year I have made an extra effort to ensure that these creations are as eco friendly as possible, using biodegradable materials only in the base.  You'll get a lovely choice of natural decorations tp create a truly unique design just for your home.

Workshop will last approximately two and a half hours.  All materials, refreshments  and homemade gingerbread biscuits (what would a Nordic Christmas be without those lovelies?) are included.

  • Willow Base Wreath Workshop - £55pp for minimum 4 people

Join me to create a Christmas wreath with a difference.  We'll start by creating natural willow hoops which we will then decorate with lovely Christmassy fresh materials, leaving part of the wreath exposed unlike in a traditional wreath.

Workshop will last approximately two hours.  All materials and refreshments are included.

  • Seasonal Table Arrangement Workshop  £55 for minimum of four people

During this workshop I will teach you how to create a lovely, natural table centre, fitting for the season.  We will learn about working in an eco friendly way and creating designs without the use of floral foam.  At the end of the workshop you will go home with your lovely design.

Workshop will last approximately two hours.  All materials and refreshments are included.

  • Hand-tied Bouquet Workshop  £55 for minimum of 4 people

Join me on this workshop to learn how to put together this gorgeous, hand-tied bouquet, packed with natural fresh flowers and foliages.  Once you have made your bouquet, I will teach you how to gift wrap it.  Once we have completed the workshop you will have a lovely handmade bouquet to gift or enjoy for yourself.

Workshop will last approximately two hours.  All materials and refreshments are included.

Floral Workshops, Peony Blue, Bournemouth

" We all had a terrific day and learnt a great deal from Jonna. Each and every garland was completed and they were all different, incorporating ideas from each student. We all felt a great sence of achievement and look forward to doing another workshop with Jonna at Peony Blue.

Angela, Titchfield.

"I attented a Christmas workshop run by Peony Blue in December and had a most fantastic day! Jonna demonstrated each stage of the project, giving useful explanations and answering questions whilst she worked. She supported us throughout the workshop as required, offered helpful advice and imaginative suggestions. Each finished garland or wreath was unique to its maker and displayed together they made a stunning display at the end of the workshop. I can't wait for the next one."
